Group Indoor Rowing Classes
Group Indoor Rowing Classes are similar to spinning classes, except that every major muscle group is involved. Each class is an hour long and is designed to burn fat and improve cardio, strength and overall fitness. Rowers should expect to row at least 4,000 to 8,000 meter during the class. Our classes are offered to all levels of experience and each rower will work at his/her own intensity.* Group Indoor Rowing classes are never the same so please sign up for several classes to experience a great variety of indoor rowing workouts. Classes are limited in size to 12 participants so that the instructor can provide individual attention to each rower.

Our signature class, for new and experienced rowers, offers low impact, full-body workout in an efficient 60min class. Using Concept2 rowing machines, our classes are lead by energized instructors and good music (similar to spinning classes). This is a complete total-body workout that you won’t find anywhere else. New to rowing? No problem, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Power10 Row 60X
Our Signature Class combines rowing intervals on Concept2 rowing machines with dynamic sculpting exercises - continuous movement is the theme. This perfect balance of cardio, strength, and flexibility training that will keep your heart pumping. New to rowing? No problem, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
